Young people are increasingly facing the consequences of a stalled career - without the fair support they deserve to get started.

Our mission

As founders in our late 20s, we’ve only recently navigated the jump from education into careers, a stage where so many young people feel completely lost.

Between us, we bring diverse career journeys, strong networks across industry-leading organisations, and hands-on experience mentoring young people.

We’ve come together to deliver relevant, high-impact sessions that equip young people with the tools and confidence to create opportunities for themselves, while also partnering with organisations to open doors and bring those opportunities directly to them.
